2. Products & Orders

  • All candles are hand-poured in small batches, meaning slight variations in color and scent may occur.
  • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, but we do not guarantee that your screen’s display of color will be 100% accurate.
  • Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. Contact us immediately at info@unheardofcandles.com if changes are needed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
  • If an order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • If you receive a damaged product, contact us at info@unheardofcandles.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We reserve the right to approve or deny refunds at our discretion.

5. Payment & Security

  • By providing payment information, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the payment method.
