Shipping Rate
Orders under $100 ship for $4.95 each. We work with trusted carriers to make sure your candles arrive in perfect condition.

Premium Shipping Options
Need them sooner? Choose expedited shipping at checkout. We’ll get them to you fast and still looking flawless.

Packaging
Every order is packaged with care. From the box to the final unboxing moment, we use premium materials and thoughtful touches to reflect what Unheard Of is all about.

Shipping Timeframe
Orders are processed in 2 to 3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking email. Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location and carrier. Delays may happen during high volume seasons.

At this time, we are only shipping within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
