Return & Exchanges

At Unheard of Candles, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your candles as much as we do, and if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns and Exchanges on Unopened Candles

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused candle(s) and we will be happy to process a refund or exchange. The shipping cost to return the candle(s) will de deducted from the refund.

We accept returns or exchanges of unopened, unused candles in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. If you'd like to return or exchange your candle, please contact us at info@unheardofcandles.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We’ll be happy to guide you through the return process and offer a refund or exchange. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a candle that is damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately. We’ll make sure to send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

No Returns or Exchanges on Opened or Used Candles


Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for candles that have been opened or used. However, if there’s an issue with the quality or performance of the candle, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at info@unheardofcandles.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We’ll provide you with instructions for sending the candle back, and once we receive it in its original condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
